Tonight's Homework and Rock Tour News

Homework for Wednesday, December 16:

• Language arts: Read at Home; Write for 10 Minutes; Reading assignment for Mrs. Bronoel's book club is due Friday
• Math: Mrs. Giroux's and Mrs. Bronoel's class need to complete the blue multiplication worksheet
• Science: Finish volcano sheet, if necessary
• Spanish: Do homework

A few important notes about Rock Tour were sent home today. One is an invitation to a parent night in early January. We need parents to help plan activities for our Rock Tour presentation night on February 10th.

Also, a note was sent home announcing the family project assignment. All students are being asked to complete a project with their family that connects to the theme of rocks. Families are encouraged to choose a project that matches their interests and talents.

Homework for Tuesday, December 15:

• Language Arts: Read at Home; Write for 10 minutes; Mrs. Bronoel's reading group has an assignment due Friday (read to p.88 and answer questions on purple sheet)
• Math: Study Link 5-5 (SRB page sent home with graph paper)

• Language arts: Read at Home; Write for 10 minutes
• Math: No homework
• Social Studies: Mrs. Seidl's class needs to read the "Pioneer Life" article and write a paragraph about whether or not they'd like to be a pioneer. This counts as their R.A.H. and writing time

Tomorrow is hat day for Caring and Sharing. Donate a dollar and wear a hat.
